Horses are sold with no gaurentee of height
Short term interest free payment plans are available with a signed contract.
Deposits to hold a horse are non refundable unless specified in a contract.
Transportation for horses must be made within a 30 day period unless otherwise stated in a written contract and boarding arrangements made
Paperwork for transferring horses to new owners will be mailed to new owner upon full payment clearing the bank.
Pre purchase exams are welcome and encouraged by a vet of Buyers choice and expense

ASPC 146991A Michigan’s Eye Opener Black Pinto Mare Age 5/3/1999 Measuring 42 inches. She is foundation in type and her foals are foundation in type. She has not been bred every year and I have owned her since 2000. I purchased her at the Taylor Sale in 2000. This mare has never had any health issues and is very good in a pasture environment. She foals without assistance and is a great mother. Very gentle and easy to work with. Pocket Pony type personality. She has never done anything else but be a broodmare. Due to her late baby this year (July filly) I will not breed her back for 2011. She is being offered as open. Her 2010 filly has been sold and this mare will be available to leave after this foaled in weaned by November 1, 2010. She is priced at $1000.00. This price will include coggins and health papers for out of state travel. She has had 4 babies for me the first being a colt, and the last three being fillies. ASPC 154849A/AMHR267282B FFF Scout Search Silver Pinto Gelding 5/31/2005 36 inches. This gelding is conformationally correct however, in my opinion he is not competitive in halter. He has never been shown and I am now using him as a lesson horse for halter, hunter, jumper, obstacle, and showmanship. He is willing and eager. He has been started under harness but cannot guarantee him as a driving horse. He is the dominant horse in pasture but has done well once pecking order is established. He now resides with another gelding and donkey. He is an easy catch and has a good attitude. He is of Seth Thomas and Michigan breeding. $500.00. He does have a negative coggins dated Jan 2, 2010 and is up to date on vaccinations and farrier but any additional vet work would be at the expense of the buyer.
